Non-Gold Support users can get telephone support by calling RMP Technical Support at 516-644-5276 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
A valid Master Card, Visa or Discover credit card in the name of the person requesting support is required. A charge of $2.75 per minute
will apply. A minimum $50 Per Call Charge is applied toward
the SINGLE telephone call. Call length can not be estimated.

FREE Periodic Software Updates for only $299.99 per year.

RMP will never request unsolicited, personal information by email,
written, verbal or otherwise. All information, personal, credit card and otherwise must be supplied by you and will be entered through our secure product ordering screen that automatically becomes encrypted and unreadable by anyone other than the transaction processing authority.

Please allow 24 hours or one working day for a telephone technical support response if lines are busy or a voice mail recording is encountered. Heavy telephone traffic may ensue at times during certain seasons of the year.

RMP Technical Support may be emailed a Request for Support. Please allow 24 hours for an email response. If telephone support is required to answer questions, the $2.75 per minute and $50 minimum charge will apply. Gold Support users are never charged fees during the course of their paid, yearly support plan.
