• All Software is delivered U.S. Priority Mail at a fixed charge of $25 Shipping and Handling.

• At Purchaser's request, Software will be delivered U.S. Next Day Mail at a flat $35 S/H.

• RMP is not responsible for late deliveries once the Delivery Carrier takes possession.

• Upon written request, RMP will notify Purchaser the date Delivery Carrier took possession.

• Shipping and Handling details of items other than software are quoted separately.

• Risk of loss and title pass to Purchaser upon our delivery to the Delivery Carrier.

• With exception of Software, items valued over $100 will be insured with Delivery Carrier.

• Quoted Shipping and Delivery charges of items valued over $100 include insurance.

• Insured Shipping and Delivery Loss or Damage MUST be filed with the Delivery Carrier.
