Returns and Refunds Policy
• All INSTALLED and ACTIVATED SOFTWARE is NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE!
• Software purchased on CD may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund ONLY if NEVER OPENED and NEVER ACTIVATED.
• Merchandise purchased other than software may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund ONLY if NEVER OPENED and NEVER USED.
• Refunds on UNOPENED and UNUSED returned items are less a 20% of the purchase price, restocking fee.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization code ( "RMA" ) must be obtained from RMP prior to returning any merchandise purchased from RMP, including that received defective, damaged or inoperable. This number must be clearly visible on
the outside of the returned packaged item. The same would apply for any item returned under warranty for repair or replacement.
• It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to return UNOPENED and UNUSED items as they were received, in their original packaging.
Items returned missing parts, accessories, accompanied peripherals and manuals, or damaged as the result of misuse, mishandling or improper
return shipping and handling will be returned to the Sender and NOT refunded!
• Insured Claims should be made directly to Carrier used by the Purchaser if returned items were damaged as a result of the Delivery Carrier.
• Software purchased and downloaded ONLY from the Internet that was NEVER ACTIVATED and NEVER USED will be refunded in full less any credit card charges. There is never a restocking charge on
downloaded software purchases.
