Information collected on this site is used solely by authorized RMP personnel. Identifiable data will not be solicited or collected unless the site user knowingly provides such information. This might include but not limited to one's full name, company name, contact and/or billing address, phone number, fax number, cell number, e-mail address, computer equipment and software currently used, the nature of an inquiry and credit card information in completing a sale.

Use of Information

Data is collected for three main purposes. Firstly, we need it to process your order, which might also include a credit card number, expiration date and electronic authorization. Credit card information is never kept on file unless authorized by you to satisfy a monthly billing plan. Secondly, we collect data to improve our site based on areas, features and products that are most popular. We are then able to personalize the site to meet customers needs. Improvements based on response can not be made without any of this. Finally, visitors will request we notify them of new product releases, services, promotions, discounts and newsletters. United States anti-spam law prohibits us from soliciting or contacting you via email without your prior permission.

On occasion, RMP may also share non-personal, summary information regarding our customers with marketing and statistical analysis firms. However, personal information about any particular customer is NEVER shared with unrelated third parties. We do not share or sell our contact and mailing lists. We would NEVER EMAIL YOU soliciting personal and credit card information. All promotions, sales and newsletter notifications are sent at YOUR REQUEST.

Cookies

RMP may sometimes use a "cookie" to assign a unique identification. Cookies are files that your Internet browser places on your computer. We use these files to track your clicks as our web site is navigated, to tell us whether you have visited us previously, and to determine the Internet link or banner advertisement you used to find us. They help save and retrieve user passwords and to retain information on favorite uses and other preferences. Repetitive keystrokes are prevented with each revisit. RMP does not and cannot use cookies to access personal information about you from your computer, or passwords unrelated to our web site.
