Software License Agreement

LANDsuite Professional®, comprising of the AccountrixXP® and ImageScapes® software programs, is a product owned solely by RMP Communications Inc. and is licensed to the Purchaser/Licensee. It ONLY licenses this "suite" solely by the PURCHASER/LICENSEE and may not be copied or transferred in any form whatsoever, written, verbal, electronic or otherwise to another owner. It may not be altered, re-engineered or reversed engineered and must be installed and used in its original form. Any other copyrights in the development of all accompanying software and databases also apply.

LICENSE:
a.) The Licensee may use this software on his (her) own computer(s) only with his/her company using a SINGLE master name and address as originally sold to and installed by the Purchaser/Licensee.

b.) Backup of this software may be made in SINGLE-USE, machine readable form only as necessary to protect the original copy and to use it as a ONE ARCHIVE COPY to its original source of installation should the original software be damaged or rendered unusable.

c.) The Purchaser/Licensee may not transfer or copy any of this software in part or whole in any form whatsoever, written, verbal, electronic or otherwise to anyone else or another company owner.

GENERAL:
By installing and using any or all of this software and databases in this package automatically acknowledges that you have READ FULLY the above License Agreement and Terms, UNDERSTAND THEM FULLY and AGREE TO BE BOUND by these terms, limitations and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement and supersedes any proposed dealings or communications, oral, written, or otherwise preceding this LICENSE AGREEMENT.

All software is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The Purchaser/Licensee assumes full responsibility for the use of any of this software and agrees not to hold RMP Communications Inc. or its representatives liable for the loss, misuse or damage of any of this software, databases, other data or related computer software, hardware and accessories, special, incidental, consequential, indirect or otherwise, as a result of its use.

LANDsuite Professional®, AccountrixXP®, Accountrix for Windows®, Millie The Landscaper's Assistant® (for DOS), Millie for Windows®, ThumbScapes® and ImageScapes® are all registered trademarks owned by RMP Communications Inc.
