Our new, built-in D.E.C. Module makes chemical tracking, record keeping and filing headache free and less time
consuming than managing these tasks by hand. Our software was submitted to and approved by the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, assuring you a quick, automated system for complying
with D.E.C. requirements that govern and monitor chemical use by landscapers, spray companies and other chemical applicators in the Green Industry.
The process is quite simple. You enter your company chemical registration number in the "Company Settings" screen which you access through the Utility Menu. In the D.E.C. Menu under Applicators, you
enter all employees who will spray along with their respective Applicator Certification Numbers. Then you enter all the chemicals you will use
in the Chemical Table found in "Inventory." You attach these chemicals to the Chemical Services within the "Job File"
accessed through the Customer Menu.
Chemical application completion automatically registers this information to the D.E.C. Module. From here, you can print Chemical Notifications, generate and maintain all record keeping documents. You
file electronically once a year with the D.E.C. AXP will always alert you if pertinent filing information has been left out, always affording you the opportunity to make any necessary corrections
before you file.
AXP even provides Internet links to the appropriate web sites where you will find E.P.A. Numbers, Chemical Product Information and Manufacturer/Distributor Information if you are not sure what
chemicals to use, where to find them and any other information you will need for your records and yearly filing!
