AccountrixXP's Free Floating Menu Bar Makes Navigation Quick and Easy

All functions are accessed through a Menu Bar of icons which can be moved freely about the desktop. It points to other sub-menus. From here the user easily navigates throughout the program. Toggling back and forth between screens is as easy as the click of a mouse button.

File. (NEW) Used to add, change to and delete subordinate companies; edit templates and documents; create a backup or restore; and view user access data.

Customer. Maintain customer data; schedule and complete jobs; input transactions; generate invoices; and produce other printouts, labels and reports.

D.E.C. (NEW) Maintain and electronically file data required by the Department of Environmental Conservation. Track chemical use and generate contracts.

Vendor. (NEW) Maintain vendor data, track supplier bills, make payments and print checks. This module has been completely redone.

Payroll. (NEW) Greatly improved payroll module, employee data, payroll checks.

Inventory. (NEW) To maintain an inventory, enter horticultural and hardscapes pricing for ThumbScapes® and ImageScapes® interface and Chemicals data.

General Ledger. (NEW) Maintain a GL, AR, AP, trial balance, profit and loss.

Utilities. Customize company and system settings, events and tasks, contacts.
